Christmas Day
Dearest Skyler,
Merry Christmas, Lil’ One! :D
You woke us up at 6 plus this morning asking for milk. You must have been so hungry. You were so sleepy last night that you couldn't even stay awake for milk. So, Papa got up to give you your milk before we all went back to bed.
You're so immune to feeling cold, it seems. Papa and Mama were freezing and had to cover ourselves but you had just slept in bed refusing to be under a blanket!
At 7 plus, it was our turn to wake you for breakfast. We dressed you and brought you down though you were so sleepy. While we were at the table, we started stacking jam jars and you called it a snowman and asked where its nose and eyes were. :D You had a bit of food before you fell asleep at the table. So poor thing!
After breakfast, we went back to the room to resume sleeping as we were still sleepy. By the time we got up, it was time to check out.
While Papa was packing, he realised that your jacket wasn't around. Mama remembered that we'd left it at the breakfast table. She rushed down to look for it and managed to get it back. We were quite disappointed that they had not made any effort to get it back to us since they knew which room we were in. Oh well...
After we'd checked out, we drove over to Grandma's place for a late lunch. You did your usual things there - playing with the coins, jumping on her bed, climbing all over her sofa, etc. :D
We left soon after as we were still very tired. We headed home to unpack and then take a nap.
In the evening, after we got up, we went out to get dinner. After dinner, you watched quite a bit of TV before turning in.
Mama was feeling really terrible today. Your sibling must really be growing. Sigh... Poor Mama.
Papa and Mama love you!
