A Visit to Kow-fu and Kow-moh’s

Dearest Skyler,

We spent the whole day at home today as we were just so tired. We’d intended to bring you out to either the new section of the Botanic Gardens meant for kids to learn more about the park or for a swim at the pool. In the end, we did neither. By the time we were ready to leave our apartment, it was time for us to bring you down to Kow-fu and Kow-moh’s place for a visit.

By the time we came back to pick you up, you’d already had so much fun playing with them. Moh-moh fed you your dinner (Mama had prepared porridge for you) then they brought you downstairs for a walk before Bubu went to bring Popo over to play with you. You also played with your Big-Bear and Kangaroo! And of course, you headed for Popo’s stickers which she gladly took out to let you play with. :D In fact, you had so much fun that you didn’t want to leave! :D You so love your Bubu and Moh-moh, Lil’ One! Your face simply lights up whenever you see them. :D

We had to bring you home as everyone had been exhausted by your boundless energy, Lil’ One. We’ll bring you over to play with them another time, okay?

We forgot to mention a little trick of yours, Lil’ One. You’ve taken to asking us to sing your Sunday School songs with you before bed time and after we sing, you’ll dash off to try to snatch our spectacles off our bedside tables. :D Of course we know that you’re attempting that so sometimes we’ll stop you but it never fails to make you laugh. You’re so amused by your attempts. :D Your being amused makes us very amused too! :D

Also, you’ve finally started trying to say your own name, Lil’ One. It’s so thrilling to hear you try. You keep on surprising us with the number of words that you can say now. :D
