Teeth Doctor

Dearest Skyler,

We woke you up early today to bring you down to Popo’s place this morning as Popo will be leaving for Hongkong this Friday and she wanted to spend some time with you before she left. :D However, Popo was not feeling well so Mama brought you to see your Teeth Doctor about your chipped tooth. (Papa had gone to send the Duckie Mobile for servicing.)

You were so scared about seeing the Teeth Doctor that you refused to go in to his room. The Teeth Doctor was quite nice; when he realized that you were scared, he went back to change into a kiddy smock and came outside to take a look at you instead. He said that there wasn’t anything that he wanted to with your tooth right then as you were still so young. He said that he could patch the tooth but that was not something he wanted to do unless it was necessary. We are praying that your permanent tooth will not be affected by this, Lil’ One! We are so sorry we didn’t take care of you better. :(

Kow-fu and Kow-moh came down to meet up with you and Mama and have breakfast. Breakfast was at McDonald’s. The Manager of the outlet was Kow-fu’s friend and he gave you a ball to play with – besides a balloon. :D

Mama then brought you for a walk around the place – sitting in the kiddy rides, etc. It was so funny that you asked Mama to sit with you in the kiddy rides. There was no space at all for Mama and you still asked her to sit with you. :D

You were so sleepy by then. Poor Baby Gal! We had woken you up so early and you didn’t get a nap. Mama thus decided to bring you home via MRT as she wanted to let Popo rest today. You fell asleep upon getting onto the MRT. You didn’t wake up at all until hours later! Mama had to carry you all the way on the MRT and from the MRT station back to our home while you slept all the way. You didn’t even wake up on reaching home. You slept on your bed for the next three hours! :D Poor Baby Gal!

Papa came back much later as the work done on the Duckie Mobile was taking longer than expected.

In the evening, we all went down to Wheelock Place and had dinner at Cedele. You were so excited about eating the bread there that you refused to eat anything else! :D After dinner, we walked around Borders and Mama bought you some more books. :D You grabbed hold of a book and refused to put it down the whole time we were there. You even climbed up and down the stairs with it in your hand. You’re getting so good at climbing stairs, Lil’ One.

It was very late by the time we brought you home.
