Vivocity Celebration

Dearest Skyler,

Mama took her examination today! Yay! It’s over!

Papa went home early to pick you and Grandma up so that we could go meet Mama and celebrate the end of Mama’s academic semester. Mama has completed her work for this semester and now she can spend more time with you without worrying about her work!

Lil One, you must be real proud of Mama! She has done very well this semester – like the other semesters. You must follow Mama’s footsteps in this area and not Papa’s, ok? Mama is a very diligent student and she goes all out to honour God in her effort. You must emulate that.

After meeting up with Mama, we all drove down to Vivocity for dinner and then we walked around a bit.

As always, during mealtimes, if Papa and Mama have a cold drink, you'd want to touch it and "shudder" dramatically as you tell us it is"cold-cold". Today was no different:

"Cold-cold!"

You ate a bit of food for dinner and then got very restless, so Mama and Papa took turns to take you out for a walk. At least we could then take turns to eat too. :D After a short walk around the mall, we left to bring Grandma home.

On the way home, we met with a very heavy traffic jam for the greater part of the journey as it was still the peak hour. It took us so long to get to Grandma’s but you slept most of the way so I don’t think you realised it.

After bringing Grandma home, we stopped over at Tampines Ikea for a short while. We brought you to play with the children’s furniture and you enjoyed yourself so much playing with the furniture that suits your height. :D

Soon after, we got so tired that we all left for home to get some rest.
