Skyler Visits Kor-Kor Isaac & Papa's Birthday 2
Dearest Little One,
Mama brought you to Aunty Rachel’s place for you to play with Kor-Kor Isaac, Little One. And you ate one relatively big bowl of porridge! Wow! That’s the most food we’ve ever seen you eat!
You completely surprised Mama once when you walked over to Kor-Kor Isaac’s bed, sat on it, put your head on the pillow and started sucking your thumb to soothe yourself to sleep! Hmmm… will you do that at home if we gave you access to your own mattress?
Papa went to pick you both up after work and brought you all back home. As your legs have grown too long to be comfortable in your car seat when facing the back, Papa and Mama have decided to fix the seat to face the front from now on so that your legs have space to hang. We had been waiting for you to be 9 kg before we did this as this is the recommended weight for babies to be before sitting facing the front but we cannot wait any longer as your legs are simply too long! :D We pray that you will be safe.
We went to get dinner and buy a birthday cake for Papa as we were celebrating Papa’s birthday with Mama’s family this evening.
When we got back, Popo, Kow-fu and Kow-mo were already there waiting for us. Even though it was Papa’s birthday celebrations, you were, as usual, the centre of attraction as everyone wanted to play with you! :D
All of us were so tired and sleepy, Little One, including you! It was amazing how tired we all were. Thus, after the cake-cutting, Mama’s family left for home and we quickly put you to bed.
