Mama’s Birthday Celebration!

Dearest Little Skyler,

We celebrated Mama’s birthday with Popo, Kow-fu and Kow-mo today.

Popo had come down early today to spend time with you as Mama is very busy with her work. However, you were so fussy that Mama could not do any work at all! Mama and Popo then took you to the library so that you could get a few books. After returning, Popo brought you to the open spaces with your tricycle and spent quite a bit of time there.

Mama then met Papa at the food court to buy dinner for all of us after you and Popo had returned. When we got back, Kow-fu and Kow-mo had already arrived and we found you sleeping on Popo! That was so sweet!

We then had dinner after you had woken up and had the traditional cake cutting before Mama’s family left.

Kow-fu and Kow-mo gave us a new kettle. Our current kettle is almost 8 years old! It’s quite amazing actually that it’s lasted this long. Usually kettles don’t last so long, I think. And it’s actually still working but we thought that for hygiene sake, we should have a new one. :D

You were so tired after everyone had left that you went to bed almost immediately.
